Back in the lab after another solid weekend with the squad. I’ve been working to get more flexible and looser behind the plate while still explosive. Lots of stretching, receiving and framing work to help get those extra calls. Working throw down speed and accuracy. We’re playing up against really good 14U teams a lot this season and the runners are faster. Really working hard in the gym @EliteLevelP and with my coaches to get pop time below 1.9 seconds with accuracy.
