ECM 2026 has now been announced - a few weeks later than normal on the 5th September - we're back to Coventry again this year as we liked it so much. Tickets live on the website - 50% gone ALREADY in the last 6 days.

@realdanfitzy For reassurance - we have more space than last year - so when we hit last year's total, we still have a little space thereafter! Limiting factor may well be the hotel rooms themselves, but there's a spillover hotel nearby.

With 5 months left to go, we're only 14 tickets shy of last year's "on the day" total - going to be a busy one. We do have a little more space this year but we're expecting to have to start throttling tickets in the relatively near future.... Hotel still has space

@alecturner @huttonorbital @EliteDangerous Puppets? I saw no puppets at ECM. There was a "real boy" @TheJackLyttle of course, and Cmdr Little Willie, but NO PUPPETS. ;-)

@EliteMeetEvent @huttonorbital @EliteDangerous This year's SubtleMob was about 35 separate audio tracks. If I upped my game a bit perhaps ToCoSo could conduct the experience and operate us like puppets?

Bigger and better for 2025? Little Grey asked for ALL THE BUTTONS for the audio setup for next year and seems to have inherited THIS beast. TOTAL BANANA for scale (as required by @huttonorbital ) We're going to need a bigger van.....

@huttonorbital So - the challenge is on YOU, the @EliteDangerous community - can CMDR ToCoSo & The Hutton Mayhem Band (MAYBE with if he's available and wants to), rise to the challenge at ECM 2025 and cause the audio team to use ALL the buttons?

@RSWSound By the way - for anyone seeing this - if you need AV equipment hire, radio mics, gooseneck mics, speakers, mixer desks... in fact ANYTHING - speak to these guys. Conference setups, events, functions, they can handle it - right up to and including full stage sound and power.
