Addison sprained her ankle pretty bad last week at CIE. Had a kankle for her ankle & sausages for toes! @EliteSportsRecovery we went & rehab at home! 1 week into her road back & she is out of the boot, no swelling/bruising, and still more therapy but 100% better!
