@NYCTBus I physically knocked on the bus door and he just sat there and wouldn’t open up. Meanwhile the driver of the next bus reopened doors three times for other people. Made me appreciate him!

@NYCTBus I get that, but he hadn’t left the stop, just closed his doors. I crossed the street directly in front of him as he was loading. I’ve seen countless other drivers do the right thing and reopen the doors. This guy looks right at me and was a jerk.

@NYCTSubway the mymta app and the digital signage in the station say all elevators are working at Broadway Lafayette but the uptown D to downtown 6 elevator is not in service. Please update and fix!

Driver on the B1 bus #4769 refused to open the door & let me on this morning. He closed his doors just as I got there, then sat at the stop & wouldn’t open. I waited for the next one. THAT driver had the same thing happen - he wasn’t an #asshole to that person. @NYCTBus
