Wisconsin has over 165,000 government regulations on the books.
Some of these regulations have been in place for decades without any review…
@GovEvers just vetoed a bill that would’ve required each regulation to be evaluated every 7 years.

Bad news out of Madison today.
WI is the 2nd most regulated state in the Midwest, hurting our economy and our competitiveness with other states 💸
Gov. Evers just vetoed the common-sense Red Tape Reset package, which would have modernized our regulatory system and made doing business more affordable here.

Wisconsin is the 13th most regulated state in the nation and 2nd worst in the Midwest. Unnecessary regulation drives up costs for families and businesses. Despite this, Gov. Evers just vetoed a package of bills that would have reduced this burden. We can't afford to not reform.

Not entirely sold on Tiffany as the candidate yet (think it’ll come once I can meet him, I like retail politics) but one thing we should all appreciate is that his Comms team actually fights.
His Comms team will simply not roll over like Michaels did and the Wisconsin GOP account does.

NEW: The Wisconsin Senate passes a bill legalzing online sports betting, 21-12.
12 Dems and 9 Republicans voted yes. 3 Dems and 9 Republicans voted no.
The bill now goes to Gov. Evers' desk. Last month, the governor said not all tribes were "at the table" on the issue
