I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago and was warned menopause would come within 5 years. Over last 18 months a lot of my symptoms have increased dramatically and I know I need to investigate HRT. Wishing you well with your recovery from surgery

World Menopause Day feels personal this year. I’ve been in medical menopause since March due to endometriosis and adenomyosis. Next month I’ll have a total hysterectomy, stepping into surgical menopause. Every woman deserves to be heard and supported ❤️
