Last time, MDP leadership issued statements and posted tweets when gov blocked newspapers including dhiyavaru.com Why are they not doing it today? This paper was blocked yesterday. Most corruption stories reached Maldivian households through unfiltered platforms like Dhiyavaru. When we post things here, it gets to other platforms like Facebook. Maldivians wouldn’t have been so aware of Muizzu’s corruption if it weren’t for these unfiltered platforms. Cause mainstream media hesitate to write such news.
