Finally come back feeling 100% ready to stream, and my audio mixer (which i need to use my mix) has packed in whilst I've not touched it for 30 days. Taking it to an AV repair shop to see if I can get it fixed. Fucking livid

At 16:59 today, was my dad’s last heartbeat. These last two years and especially last few weeks have been emotionally painful. He was put into a coma while i was at bootcamp and his infection that started in his lungs, eventually took over every organ. Never got to say a proper goodbye. I feel lost and afraid. I love you so much and i miss you already. 🕊️🤍

@HarrieSilver I really doubt they tap mics to listen to conversations, its way too much risk. Have a search of 'The Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon' or 'Frequency Bias'. You may have seen an advert for birkenstocks a few times but never thought anything of it until you were given a pair recently 🤷‍♂️

What do people genuinely think about the fact that apps listen to your mic to advertise to you? To me it seems like they honestly do, but I have people that work in marketing say that it’s an absolute breach and that could never happen. But I have TOO many strange instances where it seems that does happen.. Never googled Birkenstocks at all, but I just had a family member pop into me and give me a pair that didn’t fit them. The word Birkenstocks was mentioned 4-5 times, 10 minutes later it’s literally the first ad I get on Instagram. This could be because a member in the same vicinity or household has googled them in the past and GPS knows I’m near them.. but it just seems TOO strange to be the case. I wanna hear thoughts.

Should you weigh yourself every day? IMO: Yes. There are too many variables to weigh once a week (sleep, water retention, inflammation...) If I weighed in each Saturday: it looks like I've put on weight. Take my weekly averages of daily weigh-ins though, I'm trending down.
