@ElleKayEvents @Zelle You can use CashApp, Venmo, and other mobile app services to transfer money to and from your OneUnited Banks account. You can receive money from other OneUnited Banks customers using the Money Moves feature in the OneUnited Bank app.

OneUnited Bank's Customers can also use the Money Moves feature in our app. Money Moves allows the recipient of the payment to choose between an immediate deposit to their OneUnited Bank account, a Standard Deposit to another bank account, or an Instant Deposit to their debit card. @oneunited @Zelle Hi! I’m not sure my question was clear. I currently use the Zelle app. There is a notice in that app that it will no longer be available after Jan 8. I can’t connect through Zelle through the OneUnited app. My question is how can I use Zelle since the Zelle app is going away?

Customers can only enroll one bank in Zelle at a time. If you receive an error message, you may already be enrolled in Zelle. To switch your account to OneUnited Bank, contact Zelle Support at 844-428-8542. Hope this helps!
