I put $30K down on a condo 30 years ago. It’s worth $230K today, with only $3K/year growth. Why? Too much competition kept prices low. Today, I’d pick unique properties in overcrowded markets.

@AnaLee06084892 That is not Mt Baker, if anything it looks to be a volcano in Alaska, and I’m not convinced of that either. As someone whose major is geology I follow EVERYTHING volcano/earthquake related for the entire United States and the only place with activity right now is Alaska.
