Manipulation is when they try to “fix” you instead of having difficult conversations, listening to understand without judging and shifting the blame, and communicating openly to resolve conflicts and fix things with you.

When you care too much about what others think of you or what they say about you, you naturally focus on them instead of your growth journey. You can become too reactive to what they think, say, and do.

As the ocean is never full of water, so is the heart never full of love.
