We did everything to keep him going but alas we had to say goodbye this afternoon. He did his bit, we did ours and had to make the hideous decision to let him go. Rest easy Jubs. You were bloody great.

Hello @Tesco - could you tell me why I could only buy 2/3 of these products today please? I was told it is because they all contain paracetamol… but they don’t?! What is your painkiller policy?

@EllieCrisell @Tesco Your issue is with the government not tesco. Go to any other supermarket and its the same

@EllieCrisell @Tesco I feel like you are being subjected to an arbitrary rule here. It would appear that the best option is to buy two, walk back in and buy the third. I would be curious how willing they would be to object, as it is a rather silly rule.

@TweetsOfPhantom @Tesco Yes I think you are right - it’s to discourage impulse purchasing of dangerous pain killers isn’t it? But yet there are no restrictions at all on adults bulk-buying other dangerous products, eg alcohol? Feels like it needs a bit of common sense applied!

@young_geezee @Tesco Right. Just wondering why this policy exists in this generalised way… seems so arbitrary and unenforceable anyway!

@EllieCrisell @Tesco It's guidance from the government hun on painkillers in general. Not Tesco specific and the staff member will have just misspoken when they mentioned paracetamol.

@TweetsOfPhantom @Tesco Yes. It seems a bit arbitrary doesn’t it? I wondered more about what the policy is and why it’s in place in this way.

Many of you have asking what you can do to support Leo Schofield, whose story I tell in the podcast, Bone Valley. The Innocence Project of Florida has just launched this petition, calling for an independent review of his case. Please sign if inclined. bit.ly/3DdJOEb
