Great question regarding valve thrombosis in the patient cohort presented by Dr Joy - most events occurred whilst on LMWH with only one patient requiring a valve replacement. Much lower than previously presented on registries. @YHCHDN #pregnancyinACHD #euroguch2021 #LGI
