You ask any OG player "is this real SF?" They say "no". Understandable your character did not have a fucking dash 10, 15 years ago. So you start telling yourself "there's no reason to play like it is the same game" and it just fucks with your progress

The option to go ham is in a click of a button and that is my biggest issue. It gaslights you into thinking that you need to press the button. It makes you feel like a bad player for not using the mechanics even though most would say not to but why not? It's a choice you make.

-Which makes what Daigo did to Mena in that FT10 impressive AF. The threat of DR is so fucking overwhelming at times but smart players won't go ham but it's almost too good of a gamble. Patience when everyone else can be a gorilla goes a long way.

When I look at Mena RD vs Punk specifically. Mena is willing to play lame. Very comfortable in the neutral. He'll whittle away at your health bar until he gets super or some knock down. It's never extremely flashy until he needs. Punk can't play that slow-

So... I might be wrong about SF6. There's a ton of ways to approach it but it is really difficult without having to mold your play style around Drive Rush 🧵

I know this is unpopular, but it will always be unattractive for a grown man to play video games. Some women might be understanding or pretend like they don’t care that you spend hours playing, but they do. It is extremely unattractive to women and will never not be. 🤷🏼♀️
