The reality is at all scholarship NCAA levels: 1. The position coach must approve your film to go to the staff for evaluation 2. The staff must watch your film & ALL sign off before it goes to the head coach 3. Head coach must approve the offer **If you don't have game film no NCAA coach will risk his job signing off on that!! Has to be a rare player with elite size and speed to take without game film #GoToJuco #GetYourFilm
