@EllumeHealth The test I paid $24 for failed to deliver results or send an email record. People, do not ever buy an Ellume Covid Test kit from this company. I needed this before I could go to work and had to order a new test kit to be delivered because theirs failed.

@EllumeHealth My God your Covid test is a pile of garbage. Expensive, unnecessarily complicated, and requiring customers data to use. From now on I’ll be getting a test that doesn’t require downloading an app, has the instructions in the box, and doesn’t require any info from me.

@EllumeHealth I have been corresponding with you for 4months. I had 3 recalled Covid tests. I get promised refunds, but to date, nothing has arrived. Not a good way to run a company providing testing supplies during a pandemic.

So the @EllumeHealth at home covid tests don’t seem to work on iOS16. Tests are force quitting the app when the timer finishes. Hopefully a fix soon since iOS16 is released publicly tomorrow 😬🤞🏼

What kind of garbage test is this @EllumeHealth? I entered all the info, confirm I'm over 13, then when I tap "watch info video" nothing happens. Absolute garbage and a waste of money in my opinion!
