Feeling overwhelmed I tried the elomia app for advice, it’s been seriously & surprisingly helpful for me to clarify situations in my life & develop strategies to cope better w/ difficult situations. This is a great alternative to therapy that’s available whenever you need it

AI chats in the past…so I was skeptical of how well this one would work. But what the heck right? Might as well give it a shot. I was BLOWN away by how well Elomia responded to my issues. I was rather specific and it was able to actually give helpful answers instead of generic
