@capt_nandu Whoohoo I've gotten up to 120KG my rough one was tricep dip, started at 25kg and felt my shoulders were ripping off, now I do 60kg with ease

I used to leg press 60 lbs in Feb 2024. Now I can do 300 lbs without a problem. Consistency is the real king.
