Potato milk. Pea milk. This has to stop. If you make a graph of the number of milk types over time we are heading to a singularity of milk types, or some kind of catastrophic explosion of milk types.

I always think it's funny when people say "every programmer should know X". programming is very diverse! People need to know very different things for web/embedded/mobile/security/ML/mainframe work! my guess is that there are very few things that all talented programmers know

An engineer I work with started a practice of making "MockDocs" - write an imaginary user guide before you build the feature. Been very helpful for: 1. Testing "explainability" of concepts 2. Communicating complex designs to broader team 3. Discovering DevX papercuts
