@Procter_Chris @michaeljanz I don't disagree that there's a threshold with this stuff. There is a "too loud" but the public needs to be given a number and it needs to be measurable, just like a speed limit. Officer discretion is not a law nor is it how we should regulate things. Cops care about revenue.
