I'm a paramedic. We need a new rescue service for helping elderly patients recover from a fall. I'd love to be able to help them all, but we get so many high priority calls that they're often waiting hours in agony for help. Mountain rescue for example can be retrained for it.

As this next period of aggressive, unkind politics is unleashed in the USA, let’s please be extra mindful not to catch it everywhere. Immigrants and women are people too, and freedom of speech doesn’t work equally for all. We will keep fighting against hate.

A little bit of exciting news… I’ve recorded a new series for @BBCRadio3 with @TandemProUK! It’s called ‘A view from the organ loft’ and it explores some of the incredible instruments and venues I’ve been lucky enough to perform in over the past year. It starts this Saturday at 1pm 😍 I really hope you enjoy it!! It’s been a dream of mine to have a series on Radio 3 for such a long time, so this is all rather exciting ❤️

@clhubes I have a similar video of my little boy watching a miniature railway near us when he was about 18 months old - he stood by the track for about half an hour just saying “train” over and over again. He loved it. What is it about kids and trains?!

You destroyed a library. It was MORE than a library, it was a food bank, a source of heat for people in the winter, a place for kids from low income families to use the internet, or do their homework. Why destroy something so vital? Yeah you’re so patriotic guys.

It was my daughter's 11th birthday today. We went bowling, followed by desserts with her 3 best friends. A reminder that this photo represents what the UK is like for her and her friends, despite what the haters may want you to believe.
