@penandjen Lifting weights are the highlight of my day… I haven’t in over a week and finally get to again today after hurting my arm… maybe my bar for excitement is very low

they say that lifting weights is good for u but they had to make it so boring

Well Oakley almost died last night and I almost crashed out, I forgot how warm atrial blood is. He severed an artery and several other major blood vessels in his left leg along with ligaments. Emergency surgery went well and the following weeks will determine if he loses his paw
