@HolidayInn A holiday ruined at Karon beach resort. Wrong room type allocated, and worst bathroom flooded with toilet water for 7 hrs but not fixed and no new room offered. This is the standard I would never book again, avoid it at all costs.

@IHGOneRewards being a platinum member I expect common sense would prevail when I mistakenly book for a past date instead of future,but no you decided to charge me instead for a moment of error and refuse to move the dates. That's not how to retain customers #CustomerFeedback

Soft skills are the REAL hard skills. People get jobs because of their 'hard skills', but they get 'let go' because of their 'soft skills'...or lack of. Job descriptions downplay these human skills but they're crucial for success. A sense of humour is also important! 🥰
