The Knicks are smart to pass on LeBron. Don’t get me wrong, he’s still an impact player and probably my favorite player of all time. Even at 41, he gives you 20 a night, 7 assists, and a brain that's seen every coverage ever invented. On paper, you take that call. But the title wasn't won on paper. The Knicks won it on chemistry. Ten guys who knew exactly who they were. Nobody above the system. Everyone bought in. Now run the LeBron scenario. Rich Paul said it himself.
