Our year 10 girls unbeaten start to the season comes to an end, as they fall agonisingly (3 runs) short of their target against @KESSouthampton yesterday. Congratulations on another strong team performance! 👏

Four challenging home fixtures against @KESSouthampton today, but a great experience for those involved. Well done to all year 7’s and 8’s who participated and a special thanks to the ground staff who were able to ensure the games went ahead! ☔️ 🏏

Victory for our U15’s! 🙌 Congratulations to our year 10’s, who put in impressive bowling displays in both the boy’s and girl’s fixtures against Ballard School today. The batters were able to beat the rain during the run chase, ensuring two impressive wins! 🏏

While two year groups were away, the Year 3’s also played @WestHillPark at Embley earlier this week. 🏠 For many it was their first opportunity to represent the school. The future is bright for our young cricketing sides! 🏆

Two fantastic days of cricket at @WestHillPark, with four matches across Year 4 and 5. Thank you for the hospitality and competitive games between both sides. Embley students are already looking forward to the return fixtures next year! 🤝🏏

A great day of cricket, finished with a picnic in front of the main house. 😃 🥪 Thank you to our opposition, @Portsmouthhigh, for four keenly played matches and to all @EmbleyHampshire girls who proudly represented the school.

Victory for our Year 10’s! 🙌 Some tight bowling and a powerful batting display sees the girls to a 31 run win over Portsmouth High. @BallardSport away next Saturday our next fixture.

Well done to our Year 7 girls, who despite some fantastic ball striking, came up just short in their run chase against @Portsmouthhigh. Lovely to see students enjoying competitive sport once again! 😃 Their attention now turns to next Saturday’s home game.
