The first semi-auto rifle came out in 1885. The semi-auto pistol followed in 1893. It's 140 year old technology.
My go to deer rifle is older than I am. It's my grandfather's old Remington 742 Woodsmaster in 30-06. Made in the early 60s.
ALL of my squirrel rifles are semi-auto .22s. One of which is from the 50s.
But most importantly, it's none of your BUSINESS what we own, shoot, or hunt with.
