We are delighted to bring to your attention an emblem of pride and unity within our judicial community—the Embu Law Courts Station Anthem. This anthem is more than a ceremonial song; it is a powerful symbol of our collective commitment to justice, integrity, and service.

We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Hon. Monica Kivuti, a dedicated Magistrate who lost her life in the line of duty at Makadara Law Courts. Embu Law Courts remembers Her unwavering commitment to justice & her selfless service to the community will always be remembered.

Lady Justice Lucy M. Njuguna, The Presiding Judge at Embu Law Courts, addressed litigants during the morning briefs. She encouraged everyone to embrace e-filing and follow the set standards when filing documents. She also reminded them of their right to be served at the station.

Transition to E-Filing and New Portal for Causelist Access From March 11th, we will be transitioning to E-Filing for our court proceedings. E-Filing can be done through efiling.court.go.ke, providing a more convenient and streamlined approach to filing documents online.

To all Advocates & Litigants Hon. Lucy Ambasi - Chief Magistrate Embu Law Courts will not be sitting as from Monday 4TH September 2023 to 8th September 2023 as she will be on annual leave.

Hon. Justice Linnet Ndolo S. Maundu of office of AG leading stakeholders participation on the proposed Rules under the Children's Act with the Embu Chief Magistrate Court Users Committee convened by Hon. Lucy Ambasi. The exercise was held on 11th August 2023 at Embu Law Courts.
