Here are the final stats for May and the whole year! Despite our challenges this year, it was overall a successful year in the library. I hope students will have fond memories of their time here, and will keep reading all summer long! #schoollibrariesmatter @HISDLibraryServ

75% of Emerson students speak another language at home (23 languages in all); 95% live in/near poverty. They love their library, with its exciting books, tech/research training, fun events, teacher support, & much more. Thanks, Esther! All #HISD kids deserve libraries. @TeamHISD
