last night i decided to write as if i was writing fanfiction (purely for my own enjoyment and leaning heavily into my favorite tropes) and i wrote over 1000 words in under an hour??? it was the best feeling after struggling to write for the last couple weeks 🥰

@MireMarke Energy! I do have time, but sometimes I feel to mentally tired to fill that time with as much creativity as I would like.

@StorySorcery Wow, this captures my feelings towards writing perfectly.

1% of the time writing gives me an addictive high. The 99% is me trying to chase that high again and failing to do so. So, as someone with PTSD, depression, and anxiety, I write because it's something I can control. I might not enjoy it, but I need it.
