Service design is 10% design... 90% creating the conditions for design to happen That means understanding constraints, building relationships with stakeholders, getting funding, winning buy-in…the list goes on Yet most service design education focuses on the 10% Why?!

Looking for examples of great strategic plans. As a sense of what I think "great" looks like (others may disagree!) - a doc that is aspirational & creative but not absurdly ambitious. A doc with enough detail to make it comprehensible, but not so much that it's overwhelming.

What does #AccessToJustice look like without lawyers, or courts, or claimants? Really enjoyed taking part in this event and chairing one of the breakout discussions. Got some brilliant ideas to mull over, at least until the next event... 🤔

Thanks to the thought-provoking speakers in today's 'Reclaiming #AccessToJustice' event with @Warwick_Law: to chair @tara_mulqueen, to @leader_kate, @JaxKinghan, @ProfAdamGearey, Chayne Hogan, and Ursula O'Hare (@LawCentreNI) and Karen Ashton (@CE_LawCentre). Great discussion!

Wouldn’t it be an interesting shift in power if, instead of NFPs having to apply for funding from foundations (and e/thing that goes with that), foundations had to access a database where NFPs uploaded unfunded projects, and then reach out to NFPs re potential partnerships.
