I thought the driver wasn't going to let me on, if that had happened I would have STRONGLY OBJECTED as this is the last bus to take me home. He let me and several others on though, we were overfull. I don't blame the driver at all, the bus should have been a double decker

@FirstIpswich I am having the worst bus trip ever. 16:30 77 from ipswich to langer rd. Bus overfull, packed full of football supporters, was totally unsafe until we hit trimley - why were all the busses single deckers when Ipswich town playing at home - where's the planning??

@FirstIpswich What is going on with the Ipswich to Felixstowe buses today? Problems both directions, buses missed out and late. Plus the timetables at the bus stops are 3 years out of date!

@FirstIpswich I'm sorry to be difficult but this is really unacceptable. Everyone stood for ages waiting for a bus we thought was coming. Languard is first stop on route there is no where for the bus to go other than than langer Rd. Where was the communication?

@pennocip @FirstIpswich Disappointed this is still happening. I was once on a bus like this also leaking badly and the glass panel at the front exploded over me. Later found out older buses are left out over night in all weathers which probably caused it and means they will be wet if raining overnight!

@FirstIpswich I see you’re still using buses with leaking roofs when it rains. Although this one has more than a leaking roof.

@FirstIpswich is the 8:08 from Felixstowe cinema to Ipswich running? That's not on the app either. Oh and the 77 never turned up, so obviously not running for the 2nd day in a row...

@FirstIpswich Thanks but I know how to use the app. What happened this morning is unacceptable. I know it's not your fault and you can only pass on what you are told so I will be emailing an official complaint today

@FirstIpswich So what exactly is going on with the 77? You told me it wasn't running yet it's just appeared on the app miles in to the journey. Assuming someone decided it would be ok to cut Langer rd out? The bit it really needs to go to as there is no other service!!!
