Grateful that we received funding from @NIHRresearch with @EmilyPMcBride @KingsCollegeLon & 4 other HEIs to help tackle MLTCs & multimorbidity by leveraging AI & effective digital self-care tools. For the first time, @ImperialSCARU will flex the Self-Care Matrix & the #SelfCare Evaluation Framework (SCEF) to add dimensionality to how digital tools can be used to make people expert self-carers.
