During former MSP Trooper Michael Proctor’s July 19, 2024 Internal Affairs interview, Det. Lt. Kevin Dwyer asked whether Proctor had sent any other derogatory or defamatory text messages related to other cases on his personal phone. When Dwyer was giving Proctor the opportunity to come clean, Proctor wanted to run and hide using a pee pee break as his excuse. When he returned and testimony resumed Proctor denied it, trying to cover his ass with lies.

THE MISSING CANTON LIBRARY FOOTAGE 🗣🚨 On February 7th, 2022, Louis Jutras from Canton’s IT Division emailed Trooper Dunne (Norfolk County MSP) surveillance footage from the Canton Public Library, per MSP’s request. Because of the town’s camera system setup, the footage was shared via a download link rather than direct files. Dunne then forwarded that same link to lead investigator Trooper Michael Proctor. A follow up email, obtained by @Marbury_v_Mad through a FOIA request, shows that Proctor sought help from Norfolk County Forensic Video Technician Colleen Crawford. But why would Proctor need assistance if the footage could have been easily downloaded and preserved in its raw form, with original metadata? Data that was never provided to Karen Read’s defense team. Then there’s Brian Tully, the officer chosen to testify about this footage. A curious choice since Dunne received the original link and Proctor led the investigation, both would’ve been far more relevant witnesses. As Proctor’s supervisor, Tully would likely have known about the missing footage from the Canton Library. Did he also communicate with Crawford? The original file sent by Jutras was a full one-hour segment (12:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m.), yet the version later used in evidence has missing roughly two minutes from 12:37 a.m. to 12:39 a.m. And now, this newly uncovered correspondence shows Proctor personally thanked Crawford for her help with this very footage.

Meanwhile in the Karen Read trials ⤵️ - John O'Keefe, the victim, was a 16 year veteran of the department - Brian Albert, whose home where the victim was found, is a 31 year veteran of the department - Michael Proctor, the Massachusetts State Police Officer lead investigator of the murder, has family and deep connections within the department - Kelly Dever, working Canton dispatch the evening of the murder, worked for the department and had a one-on-one meeting with the Commissioner which was testified to under oath during the second Karen Read trial and confirmed via FOIA requests that showed email communications with the Feds and a calendar invite of said meeting But tell us again how the Boston Police Department isn't involved with the murder of John O'Keefe.

This is one of the critical reasons why you don’t file frivolous charges, appeals or civil lawsuit. Two days AFTER the State Prosecutor filed the motion stating Michael Proctor phone extractions is hundreds of thousands extracted text messages dating back to 2013 and requesting more time to review all the materials. Michael Proctor Attorney on notice about this bombshell, filed a notice to withdrew Michael Proctor’s appeal to get his job back. What does this indicate? It indicates that he who must come to equity must come with a clean hands. You just don’t file an appeal, a charge or a civil lawsuit when you know it contains falsehood or when your deed is dirty as hell. Would the interchangeable text messages reveals those involved in Officer John O’Keefe’s murder and the cover up? There is a high probability indicating so. Could this discovery led to the O’Keefe dropping their civil lawsuit against Karen Read? High probability indicates so! Is the FBI investigation on the murder of Officer John O’Keefe closed? Oh NO, considering how the MSP failed to extract full informations / investigate Sandra Birchmore murder, and the FBI investigations exposed EVERYTHING leading to arrest. the impact the disgraced Michael Proctor has had and will have on serious criminal cases is immeasurable. Wishing death on defendants. Mocking medical conditions. Disgusting racist statements about defendants and colleagues. Homophobic comments. And very possibly planting evidence and concealing evidence. He is a one man wrecking crew and the poster child of the rotten system in Norfolk County.

BREAKING: Karen Read is finally getting her SUV back from Meatball Morrissey after all these years! Steve Boozang, one of her new local lawyers, was able to get MSP to agree to return Lexus, as well as a couple of her phones.
