Last night, @GrahamNeale shared his experience of repeatedly failing to get through to the council’s repairs line, a story echoed by thousands. Instead of listening to him as a Southwark Council tenant, Labour Party councillors jeered. Residents deserve better. Vote them out 🥀

Half of calls made to Southwark's repairs line are not answered. One of our councillors - @GrahamNeale - is a tenant and was recently on hold for hours trying to resolve an urgent repair. We'd roll out one stop shops & open a 24/7 hotline so issues can be dealt with quickly.
