Well done to the student nurse having the courage to speak up and raise concerns! This is not an easy thing to do but always the right thing!

Our investigation was launched when a student nurse reported her concerns. The student saw Hudson give non prescribed medicine to a patient. When questioned Hudson said not to worry as the patient was not for resuscitation & would not be ‘opened up’ if she died.
