After a few days, he reached out and asked "can I now give you my honest feedback on the play?". It's about being emotionally intelligent and knowing time and place. Being 'honest' in that moment would have been hurtful and unnecessary. I wish we could all learn that.

@ToinettePunc22 I honestly hadn’t thought of it despite loving using my nephew’s fidget toys! It’s something I think I invest in! I’m the same with the pen 😂 That’s unfortunate it doesn’t help with everything, it glad it’s useful other times! It’s a game changer being given them 🤩

@Emily_PUNC22 I never thought about getting one of these for lectures until they got handed out to us. I often sit there figiting with a pen. These toys don't help me with when my Trichotillomania plays up but these are great at other times. Love that we get given these sometimes 😀

I do love having a fidget toy to keep my focus in lectures! As someone who has been recommended, by a HCP, to seek an ADHD diagnosis, this has really helped! #punc22

Dublin, it was wonderful. Had the best weekend away! Haven’t had a holiday for 12 years so it was nice to get out of the country. 7 min drive to airport and 40 mins on a plane. Perfect weekend getaway!

Rick Rescorla is credited with saving all but 6 of his 2700 employees during the 9/11 attacks by directing people down the stairs of the South Tower using a bullhorn and encouraging them by singing Cornish songs. Rick Rescorla, a former British military officer, served as the head of security for Morgan Stanley in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. The 1993 terrorist attack on the complex deeply impacted him, reinforcing concerns he had already raised about the building's security vulnerabilities before the bombing. Believing the World Trade Center would face another attack, Rescorla consistently drilled Morgan Stanley employees in emergency evacuations, a practice that ultimately saved their lives on September 11, 2001. On the morning of the attacks, Rescorla grabbed his megaphone and instructed nearly 3,000 Morgan Stanley workers to follow the evacuation plan he had instilled in them. As they descended the stairwell, shaken by the second plane's impact, he used his megaphone not only to guide them but also to soothe their nerves, singing Cornish and Welsh songs to keep them calm. During the evacuation, Rescorla called his wife, telling her, “Stop crying. I have to get these people out safely. If something happens to me, know that I've never been happier. You made my life.” After successfully evacuating most of the employees, someone suggested his job was done, urging him to leave. He responded, "You hear those screams? There are more people up there. I have to help get them out." He was last seen heading back up the stairwell, around the 10th floor, before the South Tower collapsed. His body was never recovered. Out of the 2,700 Morgan Stanley employees, only six sadly perished. Rescorla is credited with saving thousands of lives that day.

Had a fabulous time with the Community Matrons on placement 4! Learnt so much and feel much more confident in assessing patients by observing everything as well as their obs and what they say - unfortunately i became ill for placement 5 and did very few shifts
