Day 7 now without TV from the upgraded package. I can live with technical mishaps etc. but it’s the complete lack of problem ownership and information that is so frustrating. I feel completely helpless and forgotten.
@VirginMediaIE I’ve been without my tv service since 24th November since having Apollo minibox installed (never worked). Have called your tech team 5 times since & still no resolution. How can I escalate/ get a resolution?
