Just to say, I never confidently said Star and Stripe was coming. She had the weakest data. Tokoyami had more concrete data, not a lot but enough to say he was a potential release in S15. But yeah, do not lump me in with saying Star and Stripe was coming. She was not 100%. I was not confident. Bakugo's quirkset 2 was what I was semi confident in based on data available for it. But they are releasing Nejire and Overhaul's quirk sets who had no data at all for us to know they were coming. Seems they are getting better with hiding releases. Not saying it will always happen but its nice to get surprised. Anyway yeah, Star was not a strong candidate for release. never said she was coming with confidence (only possible based on info/data I had). #ヒロアカUR #ヒロアカ #MHUR #MYHEROULTRARUMBLE

The Ranked Entry Cost Discount Characters/Quirk Sets have an END DATE/TIME! Usually the expire_at is when they are going to update them again, which is usually when the next Character/QSS releases (or when all releases are done, it's the Season End Date/Time).
GUESS WHAT THE END DATE IS? 2025-12-17 12:59:59 (JST)!
This is when they will update it for the next Character/QSS (obviously likely Lady Nagant in this case)
If Shigaraki QSS2 was the LAST release for the season, the End Date would be the Season End Date/Time. BUT OBVIOUSLY IT ISN'T. We have a Maintenance on 2025-12-17, this is likely where Lady Nagant is releasing.

My Hero Ultra Rumble Data Update v1.13.1-Rc115 on 2025/12/02 No Balance Changes Lady Nagant JP Text Data Removed, however, this doesn’t rule out a Season 14 release. Her Lobby ID (Ch115) is still flagged for this season—which has never been wrong—and there’s scheduled maintenance on 12/17/2025, a likely time for balance changes, patches, and new character data. Shigaraki also released unusually early, just 14 days after Armored All Might, matching the consistent 14-day release pattern seen in Seasons 7 and 13.
