@teachsci8 A4: We can encourage students to publish and produce technology by having them create things for the classroom. Students can make websites, games, videos, etc. related to the class, getting them involved without it necessarily being about learning.

@teachsci8@DrEddiesClass Its very hard to make sure children are using technology wisely since they can get easily distracted. We can show them the many websites that we use to our advantage and we can use them expand their resources. #CSUBEDTE4200@Ststansberry
@AristondoRuth@tom_karnes@DrEddiesClass Hey Ruth, this sounds so cool. How much did you organize for the animal rescue? And was this done yearly at your school? I would’ve loved to have the same opportunity. @Ststansberry
@tom_karnes My favorite project was organizing a fundraiser for an animal rescue on campus, it didn’t involve much technology but I know if we would’ve advertised it more on social media instead of just flyers the outcome would have been better! #csubedte4200@DrEddiesClass
@DrEddiesClass@tom_karnes Hi Edward, that’s so cool. Was this a class or a program? My school never offered me the choice of fixing iPads unless I would’ve learned as well.
@tom_karnes@DrEddiesClass My favorite experience in school was my cooking class. I learned so much though this class such as learning how to cook. The only technological component was using the iPads for the recipes. Having more technology in the kitchen could benefit it greatly. #CSUBTED@Ststansberry
