@JmilnerPharm Isn't associated symptoms part of clerking?? I've seen pre appointment patient questionnaires used in a few contexts to save time at a GP for UTIs in women over 65, The Newsome clinic for menopause symptoms and at a travel health clinic.

How do you reconcile limited capacity in 1° care with needs of patient in front of you? Patient today very upset as (understandably) thought collection of symptoms may be related, but was not permitted to speak of them at GP appt. Told to choose 1 and 1 only due to 10min slot

Our pharmacy teams want to be there when you need, but we are finding it increasingly difficult just to stay open due to a range of national cuts to our budgets. We are working with other local pharmacy committees and nationally to get our voice heard. #SaveOurPharmacies
