Here we go again, unfortunately I was told yesterday my cancer had returned. I’m being referred to a specialist in Edinburgh… fingers crossed we get some updates soon🫶🏽

I leave @DurhamAcf to focus on being an SSI in the @CCFcadets after 18 month Dual Rolling. I’ve had the opportunities to run FTX’s & ranges across the county which has got me to where I am. Many lessons learnt & friends for life. I’ll continue to support the ACF whenever I can.

So yeah, this happened at camp 😃

Just had the call to say I’m still cancer free🥳🥳 now to get ready for Xmas camp tomorrow 😬😬

Could not be prouder of my cadet team. 3rd place at nationals is a massive achievement & they are the first competitors from A company since 2015 I’ve finished my final nationals & extended my record to 5 national wins 1 more interservice competition to go @CorinaHart1979

I WILL always advocate for female health after my Battle if something isn’t right go and get checked! Made it in the paper and front page of a magazine❤️ Proud of myself after the worst couple of years of my life!! Onwards and upwards for me! Still cancer free 🎗️

Feel so privileged to be awarded a commandants coin at the end of annual camp ❤️ it was a hard camp but nothing in life is easy!! The road to recovery is looking good💪🏽

Had an overwhelming sense of pride when driving the combi to regional athletics! Hearing the cadets talk about cadets and all laughing!! Just makes everything worthwhile 🏃‍♂️💨
