Anon post: I have a member of staff (SLT) who regularly starts work at 4.30am/5am but leaves at 4pm. This is their preferred working pattern. However I have concerns for their safety and well-being as well as the school (they are the only person on site until 7.30am) I thought I needed a lone working policy but I now don’t think I do. Any ideas? I appreciate these might be the hours they like but I don’t think they are safe or that they model good working patterns to other staff. Any thoughts?
