Mold Amateur Boxing Club Head Coach Michael Phillips and Sarah Taylor, Club Chairperson, were delighted to have Police and Crime Commissioner @acdunbobbin attend one of their recent training sessions to see the valuable work the club are doing in the community. Having only been open for 5 months, the club has a huge following and a waiting list of new young people waiting to join. They said: “We have ambitious plans for the club to become a wellness centre for body and mind for young people. “We are working with lots of partner agencies including the police to provide an outlet for young people in the area. To have the support of Andy in our work is so encouraging, and we thank him for his visit, I think he was impressed by what we have achieved so far and the ambitious plans we have for the future.”
