You don’t have to sacrifice fun, memories, or your twenties just to be health-conscious. You can have both... in moderation. Yeah, my sleep usually suffers when I go out. BUT I plan for it, adapt, and remind myself to be kinder to myself the next day. 💆🏻‍♀️
