Where are the actually clinician, front office staff who directly work with clients in the field and in the office ? Well..that’s the HCA way, Service Chiefs enjoy the fruits of their staff

@ochealth Weekly sounds great! How many clients does this BHC have? One? It is possible if it is just one client. This is not realistic with HCA caseload. Period.

Our Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHC) find clients a little more scared and vulnerable during #OCCOVID19 so they work hard to help ease concerns. “I offer clients weekly appointments instead of monthly or bi-monthly to provide increased support and consistency.” –BHC Laura Sala
