@KPNuts_79 What a shambles... it’s bad enough that they took more orders than they could manage, but to have 0 customer service in place? What did they think was going to happen, test to release would be quiet? Struggling to see how any of it is justifiable, just seems like daylight robbery

@Halo_Screening hi, I ordered a test on Wed 14 Dec in the first hours of Test to Release. After 0 contact from you after confirmation, on Sun I got an email saying my test wouldn’t arrive on time I’d get a refund (was now too late to get another home test result before Xmas) 1/2
