@_Railcards Problems with yr fulfilment centre? Awaiting Sen railcard since 1st March email on 2nd March saying it's in the post. No sign of it or its replacement per email last Thurs. Going to have to cancel my holiday. Go/no-go situation in a couple of days. @BBCWatchdog

I'm sorry to inform you that purchasing the 16-25 Railcard online using your Birth Certificate is not an option; however, you can purchase it in person at any staffed station ticket office or reach out to our Telesales Team at the number listed below to order the Railcard by phone: Contact number: 03453 000 250 (7 am to 10 pm every day except for Christmas Day). I understand that you would like to know if this block will ever get removed from the ticket machine. I recommend you check with the train operating company managing the railway station. Hello John, for renewing the Two Together Railcard purchased with us i.e. National Railcards the cost is £35, but not sure about Tesco Clubcard offers, I would suggest you to get in touch with Tesco for the discount in price as we retail and renew Railcards at the standard price. Thanks, Sagar

@_Railcards @TescoClubcard Just checked the renewal price for our two together railcard. £35 on railcard website but £23 in clubcard reward vouchers on Tesco which they quote is 50% of the renewal price of £46. Why the £11 mark up?
