We went 4-2 this week at the LP4U Stars and Stripes tournament, finishing in the top 16!! We played pretty good, but unfortunately lost momentum heading into bracket play. My teammates had some really good plays while I got it done in the circle! We had a pretty successful weekend at our tournament! We went 6-2 overall. All of our pitchers dominated in the circle! It's easier to relax pitching when you know that your defense can back you up, and that's exactly what they did! Wednesday night I attended the Top 10 Percent academic banquet for the Class of 2030 at my school. Being a student athlete means focusing on school throughout the week and then forgetting about it when I step on the softball field.
