On Wednesday @vimalkanth1978 and I delivered simulation training around paediatric sepsis to our colleagues at Kendal Urgent Treatment centre. Many attended this session and feedback so far has been great 👏 #sharingourlearning #paediatrictraining @ED_FGH

Yesterday saw us run our biggest Multiagency Simulation to date. A lot of planning as this one started pre hospital great team work from everyone involved and lots of learning

First ED training day was a success, covered how to take children’s observations, respiratory distress in a child with videos of my own child, simulation, child death, stroke, airway management, trauma and safeguarding supervision. Very successful day well done Howard 👏 @ED_FGH

@DPDCare, I have ring doorbell footage of the company collecting a very large item which then did not make it to its destination where it was going to be returned for a refund of just under £500. DPD have offered me only £100 in compensation !

Managing bronchiolitis, major trauma and overdose in children was all covered in todays Junior doctors teaching plus some clinical skills including IO and stabilising femoral fractures. Good work everyone @vimalkanth1978 @ED_FGH @EducFgh
