@BethWatts494 @FayeGreaves101 @BrianR0bson @crisis_uk @ISPHERE_HWU @resi_analyst No tool that I know of, but also how would we use it? We already know there is high demand, limited solutions, staff are maxed out and not enough money to do anything about any of it!

As someone who chose a career in housing thanks to a graduate scheme, I'm a huge advocate of the LGA's scheme. I've used it twice @ADCAshfield now - read about our experience here local.gov.uk/ngdp-councils/… Only 3 East Mids councils signed up last year, let's have a few more!
